At ARK Developers Inc., construction is more than a business — it’s a family tradition built on integrity, craftsmanship, and care.

Founder Konstantin, originally from Eastern Europe, came to the United States with his family in 1995 when his parents sought a better life as refugees from the Soviet Union. Guided by the example of his father, Gregory — a true “jack of all trades” who worked tirelessly to improve their home — Konstantin and his five brothers grew up surrounded by tools, teamwork, and the pride of building something lasting.

At just 17, Konstantin began his career in construction, working alongside his father on apartment building maintenance projects in the Sacramento area. Over the next 15 years, he honed his skills as a project manager in the fire restoration industry, coordinating with inspectors, subcontractors, and homeowners to restore properties with precision and care.

In 2012, Konstantin earned his General Contractor’s License (#977321) and launched ARK Developers Inc. Since then, he and his team have transformed countless homes — guiding clients from the first design conversation to the final clean-up. Whether the project is a small remodel or a full-scale build, their approach remains the same: listen closely, communicate clearly, and deliver with excellence.
